Golden Eggs, Western Australia’s largest egg production and manufacturing company, is donating 20 cents from every one of its specially marked packs of 800 gram jumbo eggs to Make-A-Wish Australia.

The mission of Make-A-Wish Australia is to grant the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions to enrich the human experience with hope, strength and joy. Since its inception in 1985, Make-A-Wish Australia has granted in excess of 5500 wishes around Australia, and is looking forward to celebrating 25 years of magical wishes in 2010.

Golden Eggs General Manager Bernard Egan said Golden Eggs was delighted to support Make-A-Wish Australia, which plays an important role in giving these children hope and joy, and dramatically enriches their lives. “It is a great opportunity for us to be involved in supporting such a wonderful cause for seriously ill children,” Egan said.
“I encourage all Western Australian residents to assist us in helping the foundation to keep granting these wishes by purchasing our Make-A-Wish branded jumbo packs.”
