Franchised Food Company (FFCo) is continuing its restructure of Cold Rock Ice Creamery, moving its Queensland support office from the Gold Coast to Brisbane and appointing three new support managers to grow the brand across several states.FFCo’s business manager Michelle Sprenger said the office had moved from Arundel to Lang Parade in Milton in Brisbane’s inner west.

“The new office gives us room to grow given our plans to expand by 15 stores in the next 12 months,” Ms Sprenger said.

“The office is more central and gives Cold Rock a better presence in Queensland, and also makes our business support team more accessible to franchisees.

“We are putting more emphasis on business support to help our franchisees achieve their goals. The old Cold Rock didn’t have the business support structure that it has now.”

FFCo has appointed three new business support managers who will assist with marketing, training and induction and ensuring the consistency and strength of the Cold Rock brand.
