Easy fill cannelloni rolls onto shelves
Australian first: new fill and roll cannelloni sheets available
New from Latina Fresh comes an easy solution to home-made cannelloni. Latina Fresh Cannelloni Sheets are so easy to use: simply fill and roll.
Known for providing fresh meal solutions in the pasta category, Latina has developed Fresh Cannelloni Sheets, made from quality ingredients including fresh eggs and semolina.
Now available in the chiller section of all leading supermarkets, the sheets are soft, supple and so much easier to use than dry tubes. Simply fill and roll to enjoy delicious cannelloni.
“Consumer research has shown that Australians like to eat cannelloni, but find it can be difficult to make using dry cannelloni tubes,” says Kathy Sandiford, Senior Brand Manager for Latina Fresh.
Sandiford continues, “We recognised a need in the market, and our new Cannelloni Sheets are the perfect solution for fresh, easy-to-make cannelloni. The simple ‘fill and roll’ preparation also allows for more diverse fillings such as creamy chicken and mushroom or four cheeses, over and above the traditional spinach and ricotta.”
Naturally good, Latina Fresh Cannelloni Sheets contain no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives and are low GI.
Simply fill and roll
1. To prepare Latina Fresh Cannelloni Sheets, start by simply tearing off a pasta sheet (perforated for ease).
2. Place ¼ cup of filling of your choice at the short end of the sheet, and roll!
3. Lay the cannelloni seam-side down in your baking dish and cover with the sauce/cheese of choice.
