CO YO Coconut Milk Yoghurt

Products made from coconuts are currently experiencing a surge in popularity, with many claiming to have health benefits.  The latest coconut product to hit the Australian market is CO YO^TM yoghurt made from coconut milk.

 

It is Australasia’s only yoghurt made from coconut milk, and is only the second company in the world to make a yoghurt from coconut milk.

 CO YO^TM Yoghurt has its own unique flavour, and is available in natural, or real fruit flavours such as honey and mango (pictured), or honey and passion fruit.

CO YO are 100% Australian owned and operated and are based on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland.

Henry & Sandra Gosling have lived in the area for some 14 years at Eumundi, Kenilworth, Noosaville and Ninderry.

Henry was born in Fiji and is no stranger to the coconut. He spent his school holidays on a friends coconut plantation  at Savu Savu on the main island on Vanua Levu. Here he learn’t how to collect, cut and process coconuts ready to be sent to the coconut oil factory at Suva, the Fijian capital.

At home at an early age, Henry was taught to grate coconuts and how to use the coconut milk in every day preparation of family meals.

Together with Sandra they have now taken the knowledge they have of the coconut and created CO YO™ Coconut Milk Yoghurt, the first commercial coconut milk yoghurt in Australasia.Gluten free and bubbling with Probiotic cultures, CO YO^TM Coconut Milk Yoghurt is rich in Medium Chain Fatty Acids.

Free of Soy, CO YO^TM Coconut Milk Yoghurt is Lactose and Gluten free and has a low GI.
