At home at an early age, Henry was taught to grate coconuts and how to use the coconut milk in every day preparation of family meals.
Together with Sandra they have now taken the knowledge they have of the coconut and created CO YO™ Coconut Milk Yoghurt, the first commercial coconut milk yoghurt in Australasia.Gluten free and bubbling with Probiotic cultures, CO YOTM Coconut Milk Yoghurt is rich in Medium Chain Fatty Acids.
