Oriental Merchants, one of Australia’s leading Asian food suppliers, has recalled the product Koh-Kae Peanuts Coconut Cream Flavour Coated peanut product from national supermarket shelves due to undeclared allergens on the label – namely, milk and egg.

Consumers are being advised to return the product in place of a full refund.

The item has been distributed to and is currently nationally available at Woolworths, Coles, IGA stores, Asian grocery stores and independent outlets.

The product, originally manufactured in Thailand, is packaged in a 125g or 265g orange tin can with plastic lid. All ‘best before’ dates currently in the market have been recalled.
