Connoisseur Premium ice creams now available on a stick
Australian gourmet ice cream brand, Connoisseur, has announced its range is expanding to include a new on-the-stick range with a choice of five flavours.
Part of the Peters Ice cream brand portfolio, the new Connoisseur stick range includes ‘Madagascan Vanilla’, ‘Murray River Salted Caramel with Macadamia’, ‘Kangaroo Island Honey with Pistachio’, ‘Sumatran Coconut’ and ‘Cookies and Cream’.
“The new Connoisseur range aims to set a new standard for premium stick ice cream and break the category conventions,” said Emma-Jane Collins, Peters Ice Cream Head of Marketing. “Connoisseur challenges consumers to taste the difference that good quality ingredients sourced from around the world and tailored to an Australian palate can make,” she said.
The Connoisseur stick range:
Madagascan Vanilla: Flavoured with vanilla pods grown in Madagascar, Peters Ice Cream said this flavour has “just a hint of spice”. The ice cream is coated in premium milk chocolate.
Murray River Salted Caramel with Macadamia: Flavoured with pink salt flakes from the Murray River, mixed with a caramel sauce and whipped through caramel ice cream. The ice cream is coated in a layer of premium milk chocolate and macadamias.
Kangaroo Island Honey with Pistachio: Flavoured with honey from Kangaroo Island, combined with pistachio flavoured ice cream. The ice cream is coated in premium milk chocolate and pistachio pieces.
Sumatran Coconut: Flavoured with coconuts from Sumatra, the ice cream is coated in premium milk chocolate.
Cookies and Cream: From an old recipe that originated in the US, cookies are crushed and folded through vanilla ice cream. The ice cream is coated in premium milk chocolate and crumbled cookies.
The Connoisseur stick range is available at Coles and Woolworths supermarkets and select independent retailers. RRP $3.80 each or $7.99 for a four-pack.
