Bulla Dairy Foods teams up with pastry chef to create recipes for its new flavoured creams
Australian dairy company Bulla Dairy Foods (Bulla) has partnered with the Executive Pastry Chef at the Shangri-La Hotel Sydney to create recipes for its two new flavoured creams.
The new Bulla cream varieties come in two flavours: Vanilla and Chocolate. To showcase the new flavours, Bulla teamed up with Anna Polyviou, Executive Pastry Chef Sangri-La Hotel Sydney, to come up with a range of recipes to use the new products.
“As a chef in a fast-paced and dynamic kitchen, it’s important that I offer patrons dishes they remember – ones they go home and talk about, and even create,” Ms Polyviou said. “Art is in the eye of the beholder, and in my case the taste of the beholder, so it’s imperative I work with dairy products I can trust – one that can be used as standalone products or ingredients in a beautiful dessert,” she said.
Bulla said it hoped the new flavoured creams would make consumers’ lives a little bit “easier and tastier” when it came to meal times.
“Cream is widely used in Australian homes, so whilst remaining true to Bulla’s focus on delivering quality Australian made products the whole family can enjoy, Bulla’s Vanilla and Chocolate cream range will give consumers more choice and will allow for more colour, flair and creativity in the kitchen,” said Helen Reece, Bulla Dairy Foods General Manager Marketing and Innovation.
Bulla’s Vanilla and Chocolate Flavoured Thick Cream 200mL is available at selected Coles, Woolworths , IGA and independent supermarkets across Australia. The recipe cards created by Anna Polyviou and Bulla Foods are available as a PDF download here.
