Flowerdale Farm launches recipe eBook to promote its products
Australian speciality produce business Flowerdale Farm has launched its first recipe eBook, Essential Ingredients, to promote its products.
A collaboration between Alyce Alexandra Cookbooks and Flowerdale Farm, the recipes showcase Flowerdale Farm’s specialty produce in a range of different meals. Flowerdale Farm said each recipe was “simple and stress-free”.
Featuring recipes for specialty products such as edible flowers, petite vegetables, microgreens and ice plant, each recipe in the Essential Ingredient eBook features detailed information on its key ingredients, along with colour photographs and step-by-step instructions.
The Essential Ingredient recipe eBook has been created with Alyce Alexandra, one of Australia’s most successful independent authors of cookbooks exclusively for kitchen appliance Thermomix.
“Food should always be fresh, healthy and delicious, but it shouldn’t take you endless hours to create,” said Alyce Alexandra. “It’s for this reason that Alyce Alexandra Cookbooks and Flowerdale Farm are such a natural collaboration,” she said.
Ms Alexandra said she uses Flowerdale Farm produce “to bring excitement, colour and depth of flavour to simple dishes — straight from nature”.
Flowerdale Farm said it aims to “develop creative food ideas that appeal to modern tastes” and works with chefs and growers to develop its range to supply new products to the retail and wholesale market.
Flowerdale Farm is an Australian owned family business with a focus on providing the highest quality specialty produce. Located at B Store 41-43 in the Melbourne Wholesale Market, it has been supplying fresh produce for over thirty years.
