Tassal innovates with salmon snack range, and a ‘salmon rasher’ breakfast option
Tasmanian salmon producer Tassal is one of Australia’s most innovative companies with the proof in its latest product launches.
Tassal has introduced a innovative range of snacks that requires no heating or refrigeration and consists of the following options:
- Salmon and Beans
- Salmon and Quinoa
- Salmon and Rice
Each choice includes Tassal’s Tasmanian Atlantic Salmon and comes with a fork for convenience.
The snacking range is available now from Coles supermarkets with a recommended retail price of $4.29 per 185g serving.
At the same time as launching the new snacks range, Tassal has brought into the market its new ‘Salmon Rashers’ designed for breakfast.
The rashers are ideal for pan-frying and are smoked in Beechwood chips for a smoky flavour.
Whilst the salmon is suited for breakfast Tassal says that it can also be used as part of a salad, pasta or sandwiches.
Tassal’s salmon rashers are available now from Coles and Woolworths with a recommended retail price of $9.99 per 200g serving.
