AsureQuality Academy – Growing Global Experts
Food safety assurance company AsureQuality established its own in house Academy earlier this year. The Academy will provide a learning pathway focussing on technical training and career progression for its 1700 staff.
The first induction training programme commenced early in 2015 for newly appointed food auditors. Their training included classroom-based training, placements with customers and practical on the job experience where they gained valuable industry expertise, and mentoring from AsureQuality’s senior Auditing team.
This group graduated in early November and Chief Executive Officer, John McKay is delighted with the calibre of the training.
He says “One of our five strategic priorities is to grow and develop our talent and our culture, and to make sure our people are trained and working in the AsureQuality way.
“We want to continue to develop a global network of knowledge-rich, highly skilled staff servicing customers around the world and the Academy will drive this priority and will ensure our positioning as global experts in food safety and quality.”
