Bulla debuts new single serve dispensing machine
The machine allows for commercial kitchens, cafes and restaurants to make soft serve ice cream for their customers on the spot. It uses a pod system, similar to pod-based coffee machines with four flavours available for purchase from Bulla, Cookies and Cream, Chocolate, Strawberry and Vanilla.
Bulla says the machine does not require cleaning and that it is entirely recyclable.
Despite just becoming available for commercial kitchens the “Bulla Real” machine was awarded the “Foodservice Product of the Year” for 2015 in the frozen category at the Foodservice Industry Australia Awards of Excellence held in November 2015.
Nick Hickford, General Manager for Marketing and Innovation at Bulla said the machine allows commercial kitchens and consumers to have soft serve ice cream on-demand.
“The versatility and convenience of this product will provide considerable benefit to our commercial accounts, who are looking for a no fuss and no waste solution,” he stated.
