US’ Gelato Fiasco arrives in Australia
US gelato brand, ‘Gelato Fiasco’, is now available in 7-Eleven convenience stores across Australia.
Gelato Fiasco is known in the US for its unique flavour combinations which mix sweet and savoury together. A selection of Gelato Fiasco flavours will now be sold through 7-Eleven including:
- Wake n’ Bacon: Pancake flavoured gelato with maple syrup and bacon flavoured candies
- The Big County Brownie: Mint flavoured gelato with brownie pieces and a chocolate sauce
- Maine Munchies: Peanut butter gelato with salted choc pretzels
- The Log Cabin: Chocolate gelato, whiskey syrup and Sriracha flake coated almonds
Gelato Fiasco was established in Portland in 2007 when business partners Josh Davis and Bruno Tropeano opened a gelato store together. Gelato Fiasco products have since gone on to be sold in The Fresh Market and Kroger stores (US supermarkets).
Its Australian launch will be supported with a gelato store that will be open in Melbourne for six-weeks only from the 5 August 2016.
Australian consumers can otherwise buy 470ml servings of Gelato Fiasco at 7-Eleven stores for AUD $12.00.
