A case study on traceability in infant formula sales in China will be the focus of free network event held in Melbourne and Brisbane this month.

Hosted by Integrity Compliance Solutions and Osborne Richardson, food professionals are invited to this session on one of the most topical issues in the food industry today.

The event will explore the complexities of china’s 2008 melamine milk scandal which resulted in the deaths of six babies. It will also explain lessons to be learnt from the tragedy in procurement, supplier management and food safety.

Melbourne’s event will be held on 13 September 2016 and the Brisbane event will be on 21 September 2016. Anyone interested in attending can register through Integrity Compliance Solutions.
