PepsiCo is facing a possible payout of US$1.26 billion (A$1.4b) after not responding to a lawsuit earlier this year. PepsiCo’s Aquafina, America’s highest selling brand of bottled water, is launching the lightest half-litre bottle of any nationally distributed bottled water brand in the market, according to the beverage giant.
