Hundreds of Australian dietitians have voted on the “three worst diets to avoid in 2013”, with The Lemon Detox Diet taking the number one spot for the second consecutive year. Nut industry fights back against “unhealthy” fat bias

A comprehensive Australian report has reviewed the scientific literature on nuts and health and has countered the view that nuts are fattening. “Gluten free” booming despite misconception of health implications

Although the benefits for healthy people of eating a gluten-free diet for reasons other than intolerance are questionable, there is no denying that the industry is booming. Study indicates more than half of Australians skip breakfast

More than half of Australians are regularly skipping breakfast, according to a new study by Kraft Foods Australia, released today.
