Domino’s Pizza Enterprises Limited CEO Don Meij has announced plans to open 30 to 40 new stores in Australia over the next six months. Combined with plans to employ more team members across its 474 existing stores in Australia, the publicly-listed pizza chain expects to create more than 2,500 employment opportunities in the next four months. Australian pizza maker Domino’s Pizza Enterprises Limited (DMP) has been riding high, after announcing a $10.2 million half-year Net Profit After Tax – up 16.9% on the corresponding period last year – at its half-yearly results. ASX-listed pizza maker Domino’s Pizza Enterprises has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding to purchase Pizza Company, a pizza chain which operates 15 stores in Belgium, doubling the size of its network in the European country.
