A gourmet ice cream store in Hong Kong that sources milk from Australia is breaking new taboos in the ice cream world with its French Lobster flavour ice cream. The Hong Kong Trade Development Council’s annual Food Expo will feature a wide variety of local and international food and beverage products, as well as food packaging products, food processing products, machinery and other services. Australia’s growing wine exports to China and Hong Kong will be strengthened with two new agreements to increase cooperation and promote the trade, according to Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry, Tony Burke. Mr Burke this week signed two memoranda of understanding on wine exports, in Hong Kong and Beijing.
