An independent study by the Harvart School of Public Health has found a clear link between the consumption of soft drink, and type II diabetes and metabolic syndrome. Eating a high-fat breakfast may combat the symptoms of metabolic syndrome, according to researchers from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
