The findings just released of a nationwide survey by Australian consumer research group, Roy Morgan Research, reveal which confectionery brands Australians are choosing to buy, and why Australians decide to eat sweets in the first place. Customer satisfaction with supermarkets on the wane?

Customer satisfaction with all four major supermarkets (IGA, Coles, Woolworths and Aldi) fell in April, although the gaps between the four have closed over the last six months, according to the latest Roy Morgan Supermarket Satisfaction Report. Among Aldi customers, 89% were very or fairly satisfied with the supermarket, followed by IGA customers (86.2%), Woolworths (85%) and Coles (84.6%).
