San Miguel Corporation has announced the acquisition of a majority stake in the Cospak Group. Southeast Asia’s largest food and beverage firm, San Miguel Corporation, has outlined an interest in the Asia Pacific operations of multinational producer Dole Food Company. Kirin Holdings, Japan’s second largest brewer, and San Miguel Corporation (SMC) have entered into an agreement for Kirin to purchase the 43.3% of San Miguel Brewery, Inc.
