Cobs releases ‘Movie Theatre Butter Popcorn’
Cobs is selling a new limited-edition popcorn flavour; ‘Movie Theatre Butter Popcorn’.
Co-Founder of Cobs, John Walys, said Cobs wanted to make a flavour that evokes the memory of going to the movies, even when just watching a movie at home.
“The mouth-watering aroma, rich buttery flavour, and the crunch that all play a part in creating that magical experience at the movies,” Walys said about the inspiration for the new flavour.
Cobs Movie Theatre Butter Popcorn is gluten-free and made at a nut-free facility. Cobs also says it contains no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives and is “a great source of dietary fibre”.
The limited-edition flavour is available now from Coles supermarkets with a recommended retail price of AUD $3.50.
Cobs Popcorn was founded in 2004 by John and Ravit Walys. The pair first began making popcorn products in their home kitchen but today have numerous products in Coles, Woolworths IGA and FoodLand.
