Nutricia Australia Pty Ltd is conducting a voluntary recall of the above product as a precautionary health and safety measure, following the report of an unverified foreign object.
Nutricia Australia Pty Ltd and the product manufacturer Golden Circle Ltd are working with relevant authorities.
The recall applies only to the product with the nominated size and best before dates shown above and purchased from Woolworths or Safeway. The product should not be consumed. Any consumers concerned about the health of their child should contact their doctor.
Consumers are asked to return the product to their nearest Woolworths or Safeway store for an immediate full cash refund.
