Freedom Foods wins Woolworths UHT milk supply contract

Freedom Foods has won a contract to supply ultra-heat treated milk (UHT milk) for Woolworths private label products.
Freedom Foods already supplies Woolworths non-dairy UHT products for its private label ranges. The new agreement will see Freedom Foods supply a large portion of Woolworths’ own label UHT dairy milk range from later in 2016.
Supply will be provided through the Freedom Foods Pactum Dairy Group UHT operation in Shepparton in regional Victoria.
Freedom Food supplies its non-dairy UHT milk to Woolworths from its Sydney based UHT operation.
The company said it was excited to reach the new agreement with Woolworths.
“The supply agreement builds on additional sales and volumes secured with customers in both Australia and key export markets in China and South East Asia for supply into 2017,” Freedom Foods said.
