Olina’s Bakehouse set to further its artisan success
Innovation is the DNA of those at Fine Food Holdings. It’s certainly quintessential to the two distinctively artisan ranges the Australian manufacturer has just introduced to its successful premium cracker brand, Olina’s Bakehouse.
The creative development and production of the new Olina’s Bakehouse Simply Seed Crackers and Olina’s Bakehouse Lavosh Crackers were only made possibly with the company’s move late last year to its expensive greenfield site in Melbourne.
Baked to perfection in small batches, the exceptional flavour and texture of these very individual Olina’s Bakehouse range extensions speak for themselves.
These temptations include Olina’s Bakehouse Simply Seed Moroccan Dukkah, Cracked Pepper, Rosemary, Herb & garlic or Natural. Whatever the choice, all four varieties can be enjoyed as a healthy snack on their own or topped with a favourite cheese or dip.
In contrast, Olina’s Bakehouse Lavosh Crackers offer a selection that is delicately light and crispy yet with distinctive flavour profiles. Choose from Olina’s Bakehouse Lavoush Crackers Natural, Rosemary or Pecorino & Black Pepper.
Both new range offerings are perfect for entertaining occasions. They make delightfully delicious additions to platters accompanied by cheese, pate, dips or other appetising toppings.
Simply Seed and Lavosh Crackers are the first innovations from Olina’s Bakehouse since Fine Food Holdings commissioned its greenfield facilities and CEO Todd Wilson is delighted with customer acceptance of these new lines.
“With Olina’s Bakehouse firmly positions as market leader in Premium Entertaining Grocery Crackers, these new artisan products will create further category excitement and again showcase Olina’s Bakehouse as the leader of category innovation.
“Our ability to bring to market such lines also demonstrates just how our new premises can help us further build innovative edge and serve our ongoing commitment to retailer customer and consumers.
“With now double our previous manufacturing capacity, we are confident of the continued success of our Olina’s Bakehouse brand. And we see exciting times ahead, made possible through productivity enhancements and continued investments in our people and site infrastructure,” Todd said.
Olina’s Bakehouse Lavosh Crackers and Simply Seed Crackers will soon be available in grocery aisles of Coles and Woolworths as well as leading independent retailers and speciality delis.
