Bistro Guillaume launches limited-time Hot Cross Buns

Created by renowned Head Chef Guillaume Brahimi, the buns are equally sweet and spicy – fragrant with cinnamon, clove, ginger and star anise, alongside pops of mixed peel and a brown sugar glaze that achieves a caramel, malt flavour.
