New muesli bars from ‘Food for Health’
Australian health food company, ‘Food for Health’ has added two new flavours to its muesli bar range.
The two flavours are:
Coconut Bar: Consists of coconut, chia seeds, cacao, psyllium, rice bran syrup and natvia for sweetness. Food for Health say the bar also contains omega 3 fatty acids, dietary fibre and antioxidants.
Vanilla Blueberry Bar: This bar is made up of vanilla, blueberry, wholegrain teff, chia seeds, quinoa, coconut, amaranth and rice bran syrup. The Vanilla Blueberry Bar is described as being high in protein and provides amino acids.
Both of the bars have received a 4.5 health start rating as part of the Federal Government’s health star rating system. Both of the bars are suitable for those who have trouble digesting certain types of foods and must follow a low FODMAP diet.
