Hobart’s first rooftop restaurant, Aura, selects Sevenrooms to power its guest experience
SevenRooms, a data-driven guest experience platform for the hospitality industry, today announced it has partnered with AURA, Hobart’s first rooftop restaurant, lounge bar and event space. Through SevenRooms’ holistic platform, the venue will be able to leverage guest data to provide personalised experiences and COVID-safe service.
AURA, part of Kalis Group, will open on Friday, 27 November 2020 offering guests world-renowned customer service, exclusive event space, and a rooftop restaurant overlooking the picturesque Derwent River, kunanyi/Mount Wellington. Through SevenRooms, AURA’s guests can expect personalised offers and experiences based on, for example, their favourite dishes, go-to drinks and dietary requirements.
