Ocean Spray introduces low sugar fruit drinks
Ocean Spray has introduced a new range of low sugar cranberry fruit drinks into Australian supermarkets.
The range consists of:
- Low sugar cranberry fruit drink
- Low sugar cran-mango fruit drink
- Low-sugar cran-lemonade fruit drink
Using stevia as a sugar alternative, Ocean Spray says one serving equals 10 calories.
The drinks will join Ocean Spray’s reduced sugar crasins introduced to Australian supermarkets in late 2014.
Elissa Booth, general Manager for Ocean Spray Australia said the company has invested in low-sugar options with Australians increasing worried about limiting their consumption of the ingredient.
“With the addition of the new Low Sugar fruit drinks, Australians interested in limiting their sugar consumption now have a variety of cranberry products to choose from, without missing out on taste,” said Booth.
Ocean Spray’s low-sugar drinks are available for purchase no from Woolworths and Coles supermarkets in 1.5 litre bottles.
