DFSV releases new info for manufacturers
Dairy Food Safety Victoria (DFSV) has released three new technical information notes for dairy manufacturers.
The notes cover the following:
- Measuring pH
- Microbiological analysis
- Water activity.
DFSV is responsible for regulating the Victorian dairy industry for the purposes of protecting the public’s health. DFSV’s website hosts a series of technical information notes to support dairy manufacturers in complying with safety standards.
The DFSV has also recently updated its website so that it is more functional and easier for users to navigate.
All three of the new information notes can be found here.
