Kikkoman, soy sauce giant, is collaborating with businesses across Europe
Kikkoman has proven itself to be one of the leading soy sauce leaders globally.
They have been taking new approaches to enhance and introduce soy sauce to the western diet. “Soy sauce is already quite famous in Japan but it’s getting more famous in Europe,” Said Daisuke Kaneko, R&D at Kikkoman Europe R&D Laboratory, “But many people still don’t know what soy sauce is and how to use soy sauce.” he adds.
The Kikkoman Euro R&D lab (KEL) was established in 2007 in Wageningen, mainly to work with Wageningen University’s research programs.
