Australian retail food brand manager and franchisor, the publicly listed Retail Food Group Limited (RFG) has announced it is in the midst of a number of acquisitions which, if successful, will raise the number of food outlets it operates by around 15 per cent. Donut King backs campaign to support HeartKids

Partnering with national children’s charity HeartKids, Donut King stores across Victoria will today (14 February) launch a campaign to raise thousands in support of families with kids who suffer from heart defects. Retail Food Group to begin flood collections

Australian retail food brand manager and franchisor Retail Food Group announced it will collect donations for the Premier’s Flood Relief Appeal and for flood-affected franchisees at its 1,100 stores across the country. RFG also announced it will match customer donations dollar-for-dollar up to a maximum of $100,000. Donut King franchisee receives $60,000 fine for pressuring workers

The operators of a Donut King store in Tasmania have been penalised almost $60,000 after admitting they pressured nine teenage workers to sign workplace agreements that reduced their penalty rates.Primrose Development Company Pty Ltd was fined $53,601.25 and company director and part-owner Judith Ann Simmonds, of Bellerive, was fined $6398.75 in the Federal Magistrates Court.
