E-coli contamination found in pouring cream
South Australian dairy company Fleurieu Milk is recalling its pouring cream after it was discovered to be contaminated with E. coli.
The cream was distributed across South Australia and the Northern Territory via Foodland and IGA supermarkets, and also sold to bakeries, cafes and other food service outlets.
The recall applies to 300ml, 1 litre, 2 liter and 10 litre sizes, and with use-by dates of the 4th, 6th, 9th, 11th, 13th and 16th of November 2010.
FSANZ have not released any information on how many consumers have been affected by the contamination.
