Coles sponsors AFL Schools program

The Australian Football League has announced the appointment of the Coles supermarket group as the exclusive partner of the AFL Schools program. This follows earlier sponsorship announcements, such as Coles’ announcement in March that they would be involvement in the Foxtel Cup.

The AFL Schools program provides schools with curriculum resources, teacher development programs and funds to assist in the purchase of jumpers, goal posts and padding.

It also runs school competitions, carnivals and clinics that involve AFL players and development staff.

Coles has been expanding its school-based involvements in a number of recent promotions.
