Speciality Food and Drink Fair
The inaugural Speciality Food and Drink Fair is a trade event for premium food and drink buyers looking to source fine quality produce.
The event will be held at the Sydney Convention and Exhibition Centre (SCEC), on August 27 and 28 2012, with free entry to trade visitors. Over 150 food and drink suppliers will be showcasing their products to buyers from leading retail outlets including restaurants, hotels, purveyors, delicatessens, cafes, airlines, wholesalers and distributors.
Former London Time’s Cookery Editor Jill Dupleix said trade shows such as the Speciality Food and Drink Fair are vital for businesses in the industry.
“A lot of people in the industry are so busy they get caught up in their own little worlds that they stop
educating themselves as to what things are out there, what new things people are doing and how
they’re doing them. It’s too dangerous for your business to stand still
This event will be hosting Talking Shop Seminars featuring industry experts.
