Woolworths promote ‘odd bunch’ vegetables in new advertising campaign
Australia’s biggest supermarket chain Woolworths is promoting its ‘Odd Bunch’ vegetable range in a new television advertising campaign.
The ‘Odd Bunch’ is what Woolworths is calling the odd-shaped vegetables which the supermarket has begun selling at cheaper prices than its premium produce.
The two advertisements say that even though the vegetables might not look as good as others, there is nothing wrong with eating them, especially if you are planning to chop or blend your vegetable.
Woolworths use the slogan “choose taste over waste” and say customers can support Australian farmers through choosing to buy odd bunch vegetables.
