Chobani Reimagines Snacking For Kids With New Chobani Gimmies
Monday 1st April, 2019: It’s 4pm, the kids come racing through the doors, school bags thrown down and you brace yourself for the snack-negotiations to begin. Whilst they want something fun and exciting, you want them to eat something without all the nasties. Sound familiar? The solution, NEW Chobani Gimmies.
Chobani, Australia’s number one yogurt brand, is launching Chobani Gimmies, a new range of Greek Yogurt snacks bringing fun back to yogurt! High in protein, with no preservatives, artificial flavours or colours, Chobani Gimmies combines authentic strained Greek yogurt with fun mix-ins – delivering kids across Australia seriously good yogurt, with a silly amount of fun.
Chobani Australia Managing Director, Peter Meek said: “Chobani Gimmies was cocreated with Australian parents and kids to create a range that gets the tick of approval from both.”
“We worked hard to craft a range that ticks all the boxes. We recognised that parents and children don’t always agree when it comes to meals and snacks, and we wanted to challenge the idea that “good food” can’t be “fun food”. Parents will love that they’re made with Chobani low-fat Greek yogurt and kids will love the crazy flavours and wacky characters.” said Peter Meek.
“We had a lot of fun with our new range. From developing flavours that connote Aussie party food like fairy bread to working with kids to co-create the range of loveable Gimmies characters and their personalities. We’re so excited for kids to meet their new go-to snacking friends for fun.”
The convenient packaging of Chobani Gimmies separates the Greek yogurt from the dry mix-in ingredients in compartments, allowing snackers to flip the mix-ins in. Making it an easy, mess-free snack to have at home or on-the-go!
The Chobani Gimmies range will be available at Woolworths from 25th March and Coles and Independent stores from 8th April, all RRP $2.99.
The Gimmies flavour range include:
Poppin’ Fairy Floss Chocolate Crackle Crunch
Choc Chunk Cookie Dunk Airy Fairy Bread
