Tassal launches new Salmon Burgers in Australia

Australia’s largest salmon producer Tassal has launched a new range of salmon burgers in Australia.
The Tassal Salmon Burgers are available in Lemon Pepper and Dill & Chives flavours. Tassal said the new range of burgers were made with “responsibly sourced Atlantic salmon” from Tasmania and that the burgers “do not contain any artificial additives, colours or preservatives”.
Tassal is the largest producer and processor of fresh and frozen salmon products in Australia and is the only salmon company in Australia to achieve Aquaculture Stewardship Council (ASC) certification for its six Tasmanian hatcheries. It employs more than 800 people (particularly in regional areas of Tasmania) who all share the same passion for salmon. Tassal is one of the top 30 salmon companies in the world.
Since opening its marine sites in 1986, Tassal has grown from a privately-owned operation to a major public company listed on the ASX in November 2003.
Tassal Salmon Burgers are available from Coles supermarkets nationally for RRP $7.99.
