Chobani introduce Greek-style yoghurt pouches to Australia
Yoghurt manufacturer Chobani Australia has introduced a new packaging range for its yoghurts, the
Chobani Greek Yoghurt Pouches.
Chobani Australia said the new format offers yoghurt lovers a “portable, convenient way to enjoy popular flavours including Honey, Blueberry and Strawberry on the go, no spoon required”.
“Australia is Chobani’s first market to introduce pouches so we’re very excited to be pioneering this format for the Company in Australia,” said Peter Meek, Chobani Australia Managing Director. “Feedback from our customers was that they would love to enjoy Chobani while they’re out and about, so we’ve developed Chobani Pouches to meet that need,” he said.
Aimed at young adults and fitness fans, the Chobani Greek Yoghurt Pouch range is designed to fit in handbags, gym bags and lunch boxes as a spoon-free snack “for people who are constantly on the go”.
The Chobani Greek Yoghurt Pouches are available from Woolworths, Coles and leading independent supermarkets from mid-September 2013 for RRP $1.99.
